Key Responsibilities- Lead the development and implementation of supply chain strategies across all segments in Mexico.
- Provide strategic sourcing leadership and support to Regal Rexnord's Business Segments and Operations in Mexico.
- Develop and lead a team of Supply Quality Development Engineers (SQDEs) in the region to improve supplier performance.
- Partner with global supply chain teams, plant operations, segment, and corporate leaders to develop strategic plans and actions.
- Establish and maintain alignment in the value chain between suppliers and end customers.
- Oversee the selection and management of suppliers for Mexico plants.
- Leverage aggregate enterprise-wide volumes to negotiate best-cost-first for the system.
- Manage, evaluate, track, and report key commodities, currency, and market trends.
- Establish annual goals and objectives, including stretch targets for the function/team.
- Drive spend and opportunity analyses, prioritizing strategic sourcing opportunities.
- 10+ years of experience in procurement and supply chain leadership.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful supply chain strategies.
- Strong leadership and management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a matrixed environment.
