**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a highly motivated Account Growth Specialist to join our team at Turnitin. As an Account Growth Specialist, you will play a critical role in driving customer success and growth within our portfolio of customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Customer Success: Manage a portfolio of complex/larger value key accounts, ensuring client success and satisfaction through proactive communication, issue resolution, and strategic planning.
- Account Growth: Collaborate with customers to understand their business needs, objectives, and pain points, and develop strategies to drive growth and adoption of our solutions.
- Relationship Building: Build strong relationships with decision-makers to scale accounts, identify new opportunities, and promote the value proposition of our products and services.
- Communication and Collaboration: Effectively communicate the value proposition of our products and services to clients, and work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
**Requirements:**
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
- 3+ years of related work experience in a similar role.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
