About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Front-end Software Developer to join our team at Software Defined Automation GmbH. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and developing responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React, HTML, and CSS.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather Requirements: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and work independently on assigned projects.
  • Develop Web Interfaces: Design and develop responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React, HTML, and CSS.
  • Integrate Front-end and Back-end Components: Integrate front-end and back-end components to create seamless, end-to-end web applications.
  • Build and Own Quality: Write automated unit tests, integration tests, functional tests, and UI tests to ensure high-quality code.
  • Iteratively Build Application Features: Build and own quality throughout the development cycle by iteratively building application features.
  • Implement New Features: Implement completely new features from scratch and work through integration of those features with the rest of the codebase.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: Bachelor's degree in computer science or related work experience.
  • Proficiency in Git: High level of proficiency in Git.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Strong communication, customer service, troubleshooting, organizational skills, work prioritization, self-direction, and the ability to complete assigned work.
  • English Fluency: Excellent English fluency, both spoken and written.
  • Remote Work: Ability to work from home without disruptions.
Desired Qualifications
  • Three.JS or React Three Fiber/Drei: Experience with Three.JS or React Three Fiber/Drei.
  • SharePoint Framework, MongoDB, or SQL: Experience with SharePoint framework, MongoDB, or SQL.
  • Prototyping Experience: Prototyping experience: Adobe XD/Figma (with examples).
  • Azure DevOps, Release Pipelines, Application Insights, Blob Storage: Experience with Azure DevOps, release pipelines, application insights, blob storage.
  • Flask APIs with Python: Experience extending Flask APIs with Python.
  • Graphic Design Experience: Some graphic design experience (e.g., Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; and Microsoft PowerPoint).
  • Test Automation Frameworks: Experience with one or more test automation frameworks.
