- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes and outcomes.
- Contribute to the development of business strategies and growth initiatives that align with company goals and objectives.
- Professional degree in Architecture, Design, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in design leadership and project management.
- Advanced knowledge of 2D/3D production software, including Revit.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate team members.
- LEED AP or within 6 months of hire.
- Licensure or interest in completing ARE or NCIDQ exams.
