We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Specialist to join our team at BIC. As a key member of our production logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate delivery of materials to our production lines.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out assortment operations in accordance with established procedures, ensuring 100% accuracy in quantity, quality, and assortment of codes.
- Enter 100% returns during the shift and collaborate in the processes of receipt, operation, and shipping in Warehouse 2.
- Ensure quality, safety, health, and environmental protection, promoting and practicing the SIMPLE philosophy.
- Clean the Warehouse and maintain compliance with the 5s, respecting safety regulations and using 100% of personal protection equipment.
- Perform daily checks on forklifts and report any faults to the immediate supervisor.
- Secure transfers in the system through E1 or WMS and execute controls and activities related to their functions for the fulfillment of the organization's objectives.
- Deliver physical materials and push the transfer of materials via virtual system to different plant locations for general consumption.
- Knowledge of shipping procedures, finished products, and physical conditions.
Requirements:
- Knowledge in Production Warehouse Operations and General Warehouse.
- Handling counterbalanced forklifts and standing man (desirable).
- Export and domestic bill of lading.
