Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Analyst to join our Investor Relations team at Fortrea. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of investor relations strategies, maintaining IR calendars, and working on financial models and earnings materials.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the facilitation of the quarterly earnings process, analyzing sell-side models, and maintaining competitive business intelligence.
  • Manage logistics for earnings calls and other webcasted investor events to ensure smooth operations and communication.
  • Prepare materials for all earnings calls, investor conferences, non-deal roadshows, and other investor-related events.
  • Draft and assist in the preparation of quarterly earnings materials, including call scripts, Q&A documents, and presentations.
  • Maintain a comprehensive set of competitive analysis, including peer company benchmarks and assessment of sell-side models.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to develop a coherent financial narrative and ensure that forecasts align with projected financial results.
  • Monitor industry trends, address shareholders' concerns, and conduct targeting analysis to identify new investor opportunities and analyst targets.
  • Manage the investor contact database to keep investor information current.
  • Oversee the Investor Relations website and content to streamline user experience and disseminate critical investor communications.
  • Summarize key events and sell-side analysts' notes within the peer and industry space.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business and/or Finance & Accounting.
  • Strong proficiency in understanding of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow statements.
  • Expertise in Excel and PowerPoint skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, and follow-up skills.
  • Strong analytic and strategic abilities to assess complex situations, make recommendations, and manage projects and processes through completion with autonomy.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Office, including PowerPoint for investor presentations, Excel for financial modeling, and Teams for effective collaboration.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and be flexible in responding to changing organizational demands to support a fast-paced, high-growth business.
  • Professional maturity with the ability to interact effectively with executive leadership.
Experience
  • Minimum 1-3 years of professional working experience.
  • 1-3 years of Finance or analytical experience, with a strong preference for experience in Fortrea or in the CRO industry.
