About this role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity to join our Commercial team as a Sales Manager LATAM, responsible for driving the growth of our campus market in the region.
  • You will be the backbone of our sales efforts in LATAM, identifying new opportunities, building relationships with key stakeholders, and negotiating deals.
  • As a member of our team, you will participate in local events, work closely with marketing on campaigns, and contribute to the development of sales and pricing strategies.
Your responsibilities:
  1. Identify and pursue new university partnerships in LATAM
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at universities
  3. Negotiate deals and develop pricing strategies for respective regions
  4. Contribute to the development of sales and marketing campaigns
  5. Research and document market intelligence to stay up-to-date on trends in academic medicine and EdTech
Your skills and qualifications:
  • Proven experience in healthcare sales, preferably in LATAM (university sales experience)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Native level of Spanish language and business fluent English skills
  • Minimum 5 years of sales experience, ideally with solution sales experience
