**Key Responsibilities:**
* Develop and maintain master production schedules for the Tijuana and San Diego facilities.
* Coordinate with production, procurement, and engineering teams to ensure timely delivery of products.
* Manage inventory levels to optimize production efficiency and minimize shortages.
* Monitor production performance and make adjustments to schedules as needed.
* Communicate schedule changes and updates to relevant stakeholders.
* Ensure compliance with all safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
* Identify and implement process improvements to enhance production efficiency.
* Provide regular reports on production performance and schedule adherence.
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor's degree in engineering, business, or a related field.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in production scheduling, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
* Experience with scheduling for both Mexico and USA facilities.
* Knowledge of manufacturing processes and best practices.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ERP systems.
* Visa and SENTRI pass for cross-border travel is preferred.
