We are seeking a Patient Journey Partner Lead who will ensure scientific education about rare diseases in Mexico through partnership with institutions to improve disease awareness and diagnosis.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify healthcare professionals, centers, and networks, and analyze patient flow landscapes for Spinal Muscular Atrophy (SMA).
- Ensure in-depth knowledge of rare diseases, specifically SMA, and treatment decisions.
- Understand regulatory and compliance requirements and implement necessary safeguards.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive business strategy to ensure diagnosis, education, and treatment supply in key accounts.
- Guarantee therapy administration when needed: coordinate internal and external logistics and processes accordingly, and follow up on patient treatment.
- Develop and lead a 360-degree competitiveness strategy to accelerate our position and reputation in the Mexican market.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to create innovative access models through real-world evidence and SMA incidence data generation.
Minimum Requirements:
- University degree in life sciences is mandatory.
- Validated experience in medical, access, or commercial roles within the pharmaceutical industry or public institutions.
- Deep understanding of the national healthcare system.
- Cross-functional collaboration.
- Strategic mindset, agile learning, and resilience.
- Availability to perform up to 80% of field work.
