About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Production Manager to join our team at Carrier Global Corporation. As a key member of our manufacturing operations, you will be responsible for planning, organizing, and coordinating the production of our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of production staff to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
- Develop and execute operational strategies to meet production goals and objectives.
- Establish clear and measurable operational goals and objectives aligned with the business strategy.
- Monitor compliance with production plans and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless production processes.
- Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity.
- Manage and control the production budget to ensure adherence to approved spending.
- Ensure compliance with Carrier Excellence, Quality Management Systems (ISO), and Safety standards.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of production staff.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to team members.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or Industrial Engineering.
- 10-15 years of experience in manufacturing or production areas.
- +5 years of experience in a management position.
- Advanced English language skills.
- Intermediate or advanced knowledge of manufacturing systems and problem-solving.
- Principles of Lean Manufacturing and Industrial Engineering.
- Analytical and planning skills.
- Microsoft Office advanced Excel skills.
