About This Role

Job Summary

This is a unique opportunity to join Mondelēz International as a Data Orchestration Lead, where you will play a critical role in driving business transformation through cutting-edge data solutions. As a key member of our Global Data Management Team, you will be responsible for implementing and managing data orchestration initiatives that drive business value and growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Partnership: Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements, and develop and execute data orchestration initiatives that meet those needs.
  • Program Design: Lead the design phase of data orchestration programs, ensuring comprehensive consideration and alignment of data-related aspects with business objectives and technical capabilities.
  • Strategy and Technology: Implement and manage strategy and technology capabilities through the PEGA CoP Framework, ensuring seamless integration and coordination across cross-functional teams.
  • User Experience: Partner with Horizontal capability teams and other Towers and Enterprise Architects to design and deliver best-in-class user experiences.
  • System Integration: Serve as the primary point of contact for system integration partners, ensuring seamless coordination and integration of data processes and systems across cross-functional teams.
  • Cost Management: Control costs by ensuring transparency of costs and total costs of ownership as new projects are implemented.
  • Strategic Roadmap: Develop a strategic solution roadmap for the Data Orchestration area, taking emerging needs into account and ensuring a long-range plan and funding proposition are in place to address future data trends and challenges.
  • Product Fit: Ensure that products are fit for purpose to drive business needs.
  • DevOps Capability: Promote new and better ways of delivering solutions, specifically building DevOps capability in the team.
  • Value Delivery: Track and communicate value delivered via PEGA CoP.
  • PEGA License Management: Manage PEGA license costs and contract renewals.
Requirements
  • Education: 4-Year Degree in Data Management, IT, Computer Science or equivalent.
  • Experience: 10+ years of professional experience, preferably in Data Management / Data transformation, ideally in the consumer goods industry.
  • Agile Experience: 5+ years of experience in Agile.
  • DAMA Certification: DAMA certifications or equivalent data certification is a plus.
  • Business Transformation: Proven experience partnering with business functions on transformations.
  • Data Technology Strategy: Proven experience developing and executing successful data technology and data architecture strategies that deliver sustainable earnings and a competitive advantage.
  • Commercial Functions: Experience in working across commercial functions with ability to interact effectively with and be credible with Senior leadership.
  • SCRUM Master: SCRUM master and practical Agile experience.
  • DevOps Practices: Understanding of DevOps practices and ability to implement those within product teams.
  • Third-Party Vendors: Proven experience managing third-party vendors delivering solutions.
  • Application Integration: Strong experience with integrating applications/systems throughout the enterprise.
  • Complex Organizations: Familiarity operating in large and complex multi-national organizations to create alignment for strategic priorities across a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Virtual Organization: Agility to manage and influence in a virtual, remote, worldwide organization.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership, communication, and influencing skills with high levels of emotional intelligence.
