Job Summary

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Analyst to join our team in Guadalajara. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining QA documentation, collaborating with suppliers, and ensuring the accessibility of precise information for evaluation by Quality Assurance Managers and Traders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute data maintenance and input requests pertaining to QA procedures.
  • Contribute to the creation and upkeep of product specifications.
  • Compile and dispatch annual requirement documents to clients upon request.
  • Offer customer service assistance in collaboration with the logistics and Traders teams.
  • Scrutinize documentation for completeness and engage with suppliers and QA managers for data clarification.
  • Organize, file, and assess Certificates of Analysis (COAs) from vendors for all sourced ingredients.
  • Manage the storage and recording of food quality and safety information for potential and new suppliers.
  • Initiate and sustain current food safety and quality data for existing suppliers.
  • Interface with third-party warehouses concerning incoming product inspections, sampling, external laboratory tests, and investigations into complaints.
  • Contribute to the oversight and compilation of documentation for certifications (e.g., organic, Kosher) for active items.
Requirements
  • BSc in food technology or related field.
  • Primary area of professional training: Computer Science, Systems, or related Engineering.
  • Proficiency in collaborative teamwork and professional relationships.
  • Strong organizational prowess and commitment to precision.
  • Exceptional capabilities in verbal and written communication, multitasking, and presentation delivery.
  • Adept at resolving complex issues, prioritization, and meeting deadlines.
  • Demonstrates the capacity to operate independently with minimal oversight.
