About the Role:

Mexico City-based MMC is seeking a skilled professional to join their team as a Senior Financial Analyst. This is a unique opportunity to work on Oracle Application financial modules, implementing and supporting enhancements and country statutory, fiscal, and regulatory requirements within a defined Software Development Lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work on Oracle Application financial modules to implement and support enhancements and country statutory, fiscal, and regulatory requirements.
  • Support and assist other team members and business stakeholders in various stages of the Software Development Lifecycle and enhancements to meet project plan goals.
  • Act as a Subject Matter Expert on Oracle EBS.
  • Derive resolution of application problems/issues predominantly in P2C, O2C, R2R cycles.
  • Partner with business and technology managers to elicit, analyze, translate, and document business requirements into functional/technical requirements.
  • Prepare Oracle Functional, Technical Design documents and Unit test documents for the related areas.
  • Perform and participate in Unit testing, SIT, UAT, and production migration.

Requirements:

  • At least 5-8 years of experience in Oracle 12.2 Upgrade as a Consultant.
  • Strong knowledge in Oracle Application Financial Modules - Payables, Receivables, General Ledger, Fixed Assets, Order Management, AGIS, and iExpenses & iProcurement.
  • Good experience of Secure Software Development Lifecycle (SSDLC) practices.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Good communicator & presentation skills to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; proven history of successful problem solving with a sense of urgency.
  • Ability to work independently and as a team player.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in Oracle Latam localizations.
  • Ability to speak Spanish and English fluently.
  • Have knowledge of Accountancy.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrated ability to build professional relationships.
  • Excellent Problem-solving skills with innovative and proactive approach.
  • Ability to identify process improvement opportunities.
  • Adaptability to change.
