## Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Learning Coordinator to join our Global Enablement team at Blue Yonder. ## Key Responsibilities

* Coordinate the delivery of learning and development programs for employees
* Assist with the development of learning content and materials
* Maintain accurate records of training attendance and completion
* Gather data for reporting on Learning & Development Objectives
* Schedule and coordinate logistics for training events and sessions
* Collaborate with other teams within the company to ensure alignment of learning programs with overall company strategy
* Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulations, and use this knowledge to inform program development

## Requirements

* 3+ years of experience in learning and development, with a focus on coordination and delivery of training programs
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
* Proven track record of coordinating and delivering training programs
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Experience with Learning management systems (LMS) is a plus
* Experience in instructional design is a plus
* Experience in Cornerstone, Highspot, and LEAi is a plus
* Knowledge of e-learning tools and authoring tools is a plus
* Experience in a SaaS environment and understanding the Supply Chain Industry is a plus
