Key Responsibilities- Process orders, invoices, and consignments using required formats for wholesale and retail.
- Provide client support, including information on product requests, availability, prices, and shipping.
- Organize and maintain client database information and accessory model stock.
- Liaise with the PR Agency to implement brand strategies and events.
- Coordinate with the PR Agency on assets and materials needed for publications and events.
- Process all PLV orders in the Richemont systems and distribute to Authorized Dealers.
- Process orders of all PLV and events items as needed.
- Maintain all files, HQ and local, updated with all POS visuals, their measurements, track deliveries, and installation of all VM materials sent.
- Keep VM app updated.
- Sharepoint, SAP, and ASW processes, order releases, expense reports, returns.
- A&P Budget control updating and monitoring.
- Process all invoices for payment.
- Review monthly statements to ensure all invoices are paid within established period.
- Follow-up on the shipping and documentation for assigned products pick-up and delivery of orders.
- Implement the local Customer Service Policy as defined by the Brand with a customer-centric approach.
- Respond to retailer accessory and service inquiries in a timely manner.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively.
