As a Compliance Manager, you will oversee site compliance activities, ensure effective business-wide compliance programs, and maintain quality systems that meet established requirements. You will also partner with JJMD Compliance leaders and ESC Quality Operations & Compliance to ensure site inspection readiness and overall compliance support and guidance.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure inspection readiness and respond to inspections in a timely and effective manner
- Manage compliance metrics, trending, and reporting
- Partner with suppliers to ensure quality program compliance
- Support field action assessments and joint quality reviews
- Develop and implement compliance programs to meet regulatory requirements
- University degree or equivalent in a relevant field
- At least 5 years of experience in quality operations, compliance, or quality systems
- Experience supporting external health authority and regulatory body inspections
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Regulatory compliance knowledge and skills
