Job Description

Amphenol Tcs De México, S.A. De C.V. is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate and Improve Manufacturing Processes: Assess existing processes and implement changes to reduce costs, improve sustainability, and develop best practices within the production process.
  • Optimize Manufacturing Systems: Develop and implement systems that optimize all phases of the production process, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing waste.
  • Ensure Quality and Reliability: Maintain reliable and safe manufacturing systems while improving production rates, efficiencies, yields, costs, and changeovers.
  • Develop Innovative Solutions: Design and implement innovative solutions to improve process capability and production volume while maintaining and improving quality standards.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide suggestions during incident investigations and advise on corrective actions.
  • Ensure Project Delivery: Ensure projects are completed on time and within budget, adhering to financial and operational targets.
Requirements:
  • Education: Electrical/Electronic Engineering or equivalent degree.
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in NPI (New Product Introduction) in die/wire bonding, with a strong background in wire bonders equipment such as K&S or ASM.
  • Skills: Strong knowledge of SPC controls, EDX and SEM analysis, DOE's analysis, Minitap or Jamp statistical software, PFMEA, and wire bond capillary designs.
  • Language: English proficiency of 90% or higher.
