**JOB SUMMARY**: Baker Civil Works is seeking a detail-oriented Project Coordinator to support our project management teams. This position is critical to ensuring the successful execution of various construction projects.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

• Verify and correct timesheet entries daily to ensure accuracy and compliance
• Review and collect T&M (Time & Material) ticket signatures to facilitate timely payment
• Draft, submit, and log invoices accurately and in a timely manner to maintain client relationships
• Maintain thorough records of all invoicing activities to ensure transparency and accountability
• Initiate and manage job setup in project management software to streamline project workflows
• Perform job setup tasks in project management software to ensure all project details are accurately entered
• Verify and log payments into project management software to track project finances
• Create and manage change events and change orders within project management software to ensure project scope is accurately reflected
• Upload and maintain project drawings in project management software to ensure all documentation is current and accessible

**REQUIREMENTS**:

• Graduation from a reputable university preferred
• 0-2 years experience in project coordination or a similar role in the construction industry
• Proficiency in project management software preferred
• Experience with project management software a plus
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
