Your Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare production kits according to the production plan, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
  • Manage inventory storage and placement, maintaining accurate records and performing cycle counts as needed.
  • Notify the Production Planner of material shortages and release batches to manufacturing through the MRP System.
  • Support the safety and industrial hygiene objectives of the plant and promote a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Maintain accurate WIP reports versus the Production plan.

Requirements

  • Strong computer skills, with experience in ERP Systems concept (MRP) and basic math skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with various departments.
  • Previous clerical and manufacturing experience, with a basic understanding of quality control and customs procedures.
