We are seeking a skilled Planning Clerk to join our team in Ciudad Juarez. As a key member of our Procurement team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our supply chain.
**Key Responsibilities:**
Perform purchasing clerical activities, including MRO and material management in our EOne operating system.
Assist with the opening and management of production orders, raw material shipments, and inventory tracking.
Support the Buyer Team with TMEC and COO requests, and collaborate with the Customs Department for correct importation of goods.
Maintain high inventory accuracy through related activities, execute risk analysis reports, and enable assembly order release schedules according to KTR requirements.
Initiate and monitor Kan-Ban delivery from external component warehouses, comply with safety policies and procedures, and ensure Environmental Management System (EMS) responsibilities are met.
**Requirements:**
Approximate 0-1 year experience in a manufacturing environment, with materials experience preferred.
Bilingual in English and Spanish, with knowledge of GMP/ISO and Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work under limited supervision.
