We are looking for a motivated administrative professional to join our Retail Audit team in Mexico City. In this role, you will handle daily administrative activities to assist auditors, collectors, managers, and other teams in meeting customer expectations. You will also act as a point of contact for the audit team, facilitating responses to general inquiries and data requests from internal and external customers.


Responsibilities:



  • Provides general administrative support by performing various tasks, including filing, data entry, and tracking, while following established standards and work processes.
  • Generates reports for audits by identifying file parameters, extracting data, and reviewing client systems to update Cotiviti systems accordingly.
  • Serves as a point of contact and facilitates responses to general inquiries and data requests from both internal and external customers, communicating directly with clients or providers as needed.
  • Proofs claim information to ensure accuracy and completeness before client submission.
  • Meets or exceeds productivity and quality standards, maintaining departmental rules and processes, and alerting managers to any issues impacting productivity or quality.

Qualifications:



  • High school diploma required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • At least one year of business-related work experience, with retail office experience strongly preferred.
  • Strong technical skills in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
  • Advanced English speaking and writing skills, with the ability to work well in an individual and team environment.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and providers in English.
