We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Account Manager (TAM) to join our Inside Technical Account Management team in Mexico or Brazil. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in virtualization, data center IT infrastructure, and customer-facing roles.
About the Role
As a TAM at Nutanix, you will act as a single point of contact for our customers, providing direct access to Nutanix business functions and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will also develop trusted advisor relationships with our customers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive success.
Your Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key customers
- Act as a single point of contact for customers, providing support and guidance on Nutanix products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and drive business growth
- Monitor and mitigate potential issues in customer deployments
- Conduct regular operational reviews and health checks
Requirements
- Fluent in Portuguese and English (spoken and written)
- 5+ years of experience in an enterprise datacenter environment
- 3-4+ years of virtualization expertise
- 2+ years of experience in a customer-facing role
- 1-3+ years of experience in enterprise storage or networking
- Extensive technical expertise in datacenter infrastructure
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field

- $80,000 - $110,000 per year, depending on location and experience
