Manage SAP incidents of 2nd or 3rd Level Support
Define and coordinate support processes in SAP area

Work on implementing SAP system in new entities, warehouses, etc. if necessary
Collaborate with international SAP Teams
**Requirements**
At least 7 years of SAP consulting experience
Proven expertise in SD module
Experience with SAP AFS solution and knowledge of ABAP Workbench will be an asset
Good knowledge of ITIL procedures, in particular processes in incident management
Fluent English
Strong customer service orientation
Excellent communication skills
Ability to handle multiple priorities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
