Key Responsibilities:- Develop and Execute a Strategic GTM Plan: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and launch a brand-aligned go-to-market strategy, targeting new leads and verticals to support growth goals.
- Lead Sales Enablement and Marketing Refinement: Review ROI for marketing efforts, partner with the Director of Marketing to optimize campaigns, and ensure the right processes are in place to capitalize on leads.
- Launch Outbound Efforts: Establish a premium brand-aligned outbound practice, exploring strategic partnerships, alliances, and collaborations to increase revenue opportunities and market reach.
- Team Development and Sales Enablement: Hire, develop, and coach a high-performing sales team, designing education and training programs to improve core sales skills and refine playbooks.
Requirements:
7+ years of direct sales experience, with 5+ years of leadership experience. Proven track record of building and leading a world-class sales organization, with a strong understanding of client acquisition, retention, and expansion. Experience in taking a company from ~$25M to ~$100M in ARR, with a successful history of collecting and managing multiple business line forecasts with accuracy and predictability.
