As a Support and Problem Management Specialist, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Investigating the underlying causes of incidents and issues reported by IT support teams.
  • Documenting, recommending, and supervising the implementation of solutions in collaboration with relevant departments, ensuring that actions taken are monitored effectively.
  • Conducting data analysis and generating reports utilizing tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Google Analytics, and others.
