Job Summary:
FIS is seeking a highly experienced Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a Technical Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing expert-level technical support to our customers, resolving complex technical issues, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions to customers
- Collaborate with design engineering and software engineering teams to identify and report design, reliability, and maintenance problems
- Provide technical support and training to customers on highly technical or sophisticated products
- Work independently to resolve complex technical issues and make decisions with minimal supervision
Requirements:
