About the Role:
The Financial Analyst will work under the guidance of the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst to maintain finance transactions, data, systems, and reporting. Key responsibilities include:
- Executing aspects of finance planning and performance management processes and related financial decisions, including annual contract planning/forecasting, target development, financial performance reporting/analysis, financial modeling, and decision support for a focused scope within a region, business unit, country, or corporate finance team.
- Collecting data and performing detailed checks/controls.
- Contributing to a strong controls and compliance environment in the area of scope and ensuring full compliance with company policies.
- Executing ad hoc analyses and projects as requested by the Finance Manager or Senior Analyst.
- Supporting projects to improve efficiencies and ways of working, and embracing a mindset of continuous improvement.
- Contributing to a high-performing Finance team and investing in personal development and the development of Finance peers.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Technical expertise in financial analysis and data collection/structuring.
- Business acumen and relevant experience in a local or regional business.
- Leadership skills, including collaboration and communication skills within a Finance team.
- Growth/digital mindset and the ability to execute opportunities and leverage technology to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Integrity and alignment with company values and policies, as well as external regulations.
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will have:
- A university degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
- Excellent communications skills in English (spoken/written).
- Strong analytical skills.
- SAP knowledge is a plus but not mandatory.
