Key Responsibilities:- Manage and maintain current and accurate data within our CRM database, ensuring data is up-to-date for project pages and professional resumes.
- Work closely with leadership and project managers to collect relevant marketing data for in-progress and completed projects.
- Maintain proposal files and marketing-related data in digital archives.
- Improve data quality and functionality by creating custom fields, objects, email alerts, and other enhancements.
- Maintain and organize all project photography in our digital asset database.
- Conduct pursuit close-out activities, including CRM system updates, file clean-up, and document uploads.
- Create and update project sheets files in InDesign.
- Create and update resume files in InDesign.
- Provide user training as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications preferred.
- 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Bi-lingual (English & Spanish) required.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with expertise in PowerPoint and Word.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage time, work independently, and complete tasks under time pressure when necessary.
- Email marketing experience.
- Basic Adobe Creative Suite knowledge a plus.
- Experience with CRM a plus.
