Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Paint Coordinator to join our team at Terex Corporation. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality paint finishes on our products.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with paint quality measurables and maintain a 95% quality rate of good parts at first time.
  2. Process Optimization: Identify areas for improvement and propose continuous improvement actions through the use of Lean tools.
  3. Paint Inspection: Perform paint inspection after baking and identify material finish good, scrap, and rework.
  4. Process Control: Ensure adherence to procedures and work instructions, and maintain continuous contact with all areas to propose improvements in the process and quality of painted products.
  5. Schedule Management: Ensure compliance with the daily schedule of the painting process.
Requirements
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  2. Language Skills: Intermediate English skills.
  3. Experience: Strong experience in painting, with a minimum of 5 years in the automotive industry, heavy equipment, or aerial work with construction platforms.
  4. Skills: Advanced Excel and ERP skills, knowledge of Lean manufacturing, production, quality, laboratory, handling of painted materials, and their different flows to assembly.
  5. Leadership: Experience as a leader, with the ability to perform all essential tasks effectively and efficiently.
