About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled EHS Professional to join our team at Innomotics. As an EHS Professional, you will be responsible for ensuring EHS compliance in field service at a mine located in Mazapil Zacatecas.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and assess EHS-related statutory requirements, rules, and regulations.
  • Develop and implement EHS plans, including risk assessments and mitigation measures.
  • Provide input for tender/bid phase with regard to costs and EHS risks.
  • Ensure that required EHS-related permits, authorizations, and certificates are available and authorities have been notified as necessary.
  • Liaise with customer/contractor EHS representatives in regard to project execution and onsite EHS issues.
Requirements
  • Electrical safety knowledge.
  • Solid analytical, writing, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to interact well with others in a team environment.
  • Ability to operate in a time-pressured environment while maintaining a positive focus.
  • High degree of willingness to learn, flexibility, energy, and initiative.
  • General computer proficiency, including proficiency with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Responsiveness to support requests from origination and risk professionals.
