Key Responsibilities- Support Infrastructure Engineering and Network groups as a strategic procurement partner
- Partner with senior stakeholders to drive decision-making processes
- Develop and implement commercial strategies to achieve cost savings and improve supplier relationships
- Manage end-to-end sourcing projects, including RFI/P/Q, bidding, and price negotiation
- Coordinate and influence multiple aspects of decision-making processes
- Manage supplier performance, including quarterly forecast and order management, delivery reporting, and ITAM
- Act as a first point of contact for vendor-related activities and manage daily/weekly/monthly calls with key stakeholders
- Benchmark needs and provide expert input for developing new requirements
- Minimum of 5-8 years of related work experience in procurement and sourcing, with at least part of that experience in hardware sourcing
- Experience managing US-based suppliers and stakeholders
- Direct end-to-end sourcing experience, including supporting key stakeholders, influencing, and driving high-exposure decisions
- Up-to-date IT category knowledge
- Near-native English proficiency (C2 level) with outstanding communication skills
