About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Operations Specialist to join our team at Amazon Music in Mexico City. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in assisting our marketing managers with digital marketing efforts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and work the ticket queue by promptly triaging cases, answering end-user questions, fulfilling requests, and resolving system incidents in a timely and customer-centric manner.
  • Support and maintain automated digital marketing solutions using Amazon's Marketing tools.
  • Leverage available documentation, training, team resources, and vendor support teams to administer all team applications.
  • Assist in monitoring data quality and integrity. Execute data migration/cleansing projects.
  • Take initiative to improve support processes, decreasing delivery time, and improving customer satisfaction. Look for ways to automate manual processes and increase self-service capabilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams effectively, seek to understand user experience and stakeholder perspective on operational processes, and deliver clear solutions to stakeholders.

Requirements
  • English level C1 or equivalent
  • 1+ year(s) experience implementing and configuring digital marketing campaigns
  • Campaign management experience using cloud technology (e.g. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot) or on-premise technology (e.g., IBM, Teradata, Adobe)
  • Solid understanding of and detailed experience with digital marketing
  • Proficient business analysis and functional experience, including requirements gathering, creating/deploying solutions to end users
  • Proven ability to build effective partnerships with business owners and technical partners
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript
  • Experience working with large-scale, complex datasets
  • Experience managing and triaging user-submitted issues via ticketing system(s)
  • Basic Excel skills
