Job Summary:

We are seeking an ECN Coordinator to join our team at Johnson Controls. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing ergonomic solutions for products and processes, developing savings projects, and coordinating engineering information in the SAP system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide ergonomic solutions for products and processes from design.
  • Develop savings projects in Value Analysis (VA).
  • Coordinate and control engineering information in the SAP system.
  • Participate in the development of warranty reduction strategies.
  • Daily relationship with support departments.
  • Ensure cost reduction initiatives are implemented at the factory.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within production and other departments.
  • Report injuries, accidents, and occupational health problems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Mechatronics.
  • English proficiency (70% or higher).
  • Minimum two years of experience in statistics, continuous improvement, negotiations, and samples.
  • Professional recognition and industry networking desired.
  • Able to lead and direct diverse teams.
  • Able to travel up to 50% of the time.
