About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Generalist to join our team at Ambu. As a key member of our Human Resources department, you will play a critical role in supporting the daily functions of finance and HR, including HRIS activities, payroll processing, and employee onboarding.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives to drive business growth and employee engagement
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records, including personnel administration and benefits administration
  • Coordinate and facilitate employee onboarding, training, and development programs
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to employees, management, and external stakeholders
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve processes
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a related field
  • Strong knowledge of HRIS systems, payroll processing, and labor laws
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
