Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team at Praxt Talent LLC. As a Sales Engineer, you will play a crucial role in promoting and selling our products/services to customers in the auto and construction industries.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Sales Support
    • Provide technical consultation to clients, assisting them in selecting the right products/services to meet their needs.
    • Develop and deliver presentations, demonstrations, and product training to customers and internal teams.
  • Customer Relationship Management
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders in the auto and construction sectors.
    • Identify and engage with potential customers, understanding their needs, and providing appropriate solutions.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution
    • Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute sales strategies tailored to the auto and construction markets.
    • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, manage the sales pipeline, and close deals.
  • Market Research & Product Development
    • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor products, and technological advancements in the auto and construction sectors.
    • Provide feedback to the product development team to assist in creating products that meet market demand.
Qualifications
  • Education
    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field. A technical background is highly preferred.
  • Experience
    • 3-5 years of experience in a sales engineering role, preferably in the auto or construction industry.
    • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Skills
    • Strong technical understanding of auto and construction products/services.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information clearly.
