Automation Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in Puebla, Mexico. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for selling automation solutions and services to prospective and existing customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
- Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.
Requirements:
- Engineering degree in a relevant field (Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, etc.).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in automation sales and industrial services sales.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Fluency in English (conversational level).
