We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Engineer to join our team in Puebla, Mexico. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for selling automation solutions and services to prospective and existing customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive sales growth.
  • Prepare and present sales reports and forecasts to management.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree in a relevant field (Mechanics, Electromechanics, Mechatronics, etc.).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in automation sales and industrial services sales.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Fluency in English (conversational level).
