Caterpillar is a global leader in the manufacturing of heavy equipment and machinery. We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Accounting Coordinator to join our team.

The Accounting Coordinator will be responsible for performing entry-level staff accounting functions that support business processes and provide experience with Caterpillar accounting practices.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Gain an understanding of Caterpillar's business and accounting practices, systems, and procedures.
  • Provide assistance to a project team or others in the work group.
  • Accomplish a high level of compilation and basic analysis work, reviewing clerical input and generating reports.
  • Identify relevant data and data sources, gather and analyze the information, and provide feedback.

**Requirements:**

  • Public Accountant preferred, Finance, Administration (Requires a 4-year degree)
  • Advanced English (written and spoken)
  • Professional capabilities in Auditing; 4 years of experience in Performing Audits
  • Strong advisory to internal customer service.
  • Strong Knowledge of Audit Technics and testings
  • Must demonstrate strong leadership, initiative, inter-personal skills, and the ability to communicate effectively and solve problems.
  • Knowledge of local statutory accounting, currency, tax, trade, and operative controls are desired
  • Knowledge of data processing in multiple ERP systems, particularly SAP desired.
