Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Training Leader II to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for evaluating the training needs of our plant and developing compliance training programs to support our business objectives.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control, regulatory affairs, and training and development. They will be able to communicate complex regulatory documents to our team members and design effective training programs to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Evaluate the training needs of our plant and develop compliance training programs to support our business objectives.
  • Work with our departments to develop training programs that cover all compliance requirements for each position.
  • Research and develop measures to ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain an inventory program to support the needs of our plant.
  • Provide training programs as required and communicate any situations related to the company to the next managerial level.
  • Ensure that all subordinates follow our health, safety, and environmental policies and have all the resources needed to perform these practices.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or Education (preferably).
  • 4-6 years of experience in a quality control position, with a strong background in audits, SOP design, and GXP knowledge.
  • 0-2 years of experience in personnel management.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Aptitude to clarify and summarize regulatory documents for training purposes.
  • Experience working in a regulatory environment, such as FDA/Europe.
  • TWI Methodology Certification (Training Within Industry) is preferred.
  • Leadership and coaching abilities are required.
  • Project management abilities.
  • Experience working with manufacturing, operations, new products, and R&D.
  • Ability to manage the complexity of calendars and projects/assignments.
