We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Supply Chain Manager to join our Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) team at Amazon Mexico. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for addressing business challenges and creating short-mid term capacity plans that align with our long-term strategy.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with Retail, FBA, Ops, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to define the best storage capacity plan, considering demand, customer experience, capacity, and cost.
- Work with Retail and FBA teams to develop strategies for inventory health, define metrics, and monitor weekly performance to make adjustments as needed.
- Develop and implement processes and tools to manage storage capacity, ensuring the right level of granularity in inventory projections and storage capacity allocation.
- Directly work with our Fulfillment Center (FC) network to ensure accurate capacity reporting and manage capacity change processes.
- Create complex models and analyze trade-off decisions to ensure the best outcome for our customers.
- Contribute to the development of white papers and planning cycle documents, influencing senior leadership decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 5+ years of supply chain experience, with a focus on managing stakeholders in cross-functional projects.
- 5+ years of program or project management experience, with expertise in Excel and SQL.
- Advanced English language skills (C1+).
- Master's degree or MBA in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or a related field.
- Experience owning program strategy, end-to-end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership.
- Experience working with, presenting to, and influencing senior executives up to VP level.
