We are seeking a highly skilled Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and managing purchase orders, handling invoices, and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
- You will create and manage POs, handle errors, and rectify discrepancies.
- You will process and verify invoices, allocate payments to the correct invoices, and perform vendor reconciliations.
- You will maintain accurate records, communicate with stakeholders, and resolve invoice queries by coordinating directly with vendors.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 3-4 years of experience in accounts payable.
- Strong technical skills, including knowledge of ERP systems, MS Office, and Internet.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
