We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team at Trouw Nutrition. As an HR Generalist, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth operation of HR processes and procedures.
Key Responsibilities- Personnel Data Management: Collect, monitor, record, and update employee data to maintain accurate and reliable personnel administration.
- Holiday and Leave Administration: Maintain holiday and leave records, working hours administration, and other benefit data through dedicated systems.
- Payroll and Benefits Administration: Assist in the payroll process, prepare input for internal or external payroll, and update records of fixed wage information and personnel data.
- Reporting and Data Analysis: Produce standard reports from HRIS systems and deliver data to the Financial Administration for gross-net calculation of salaries.
- Employee Support: Answer questions and respond to requests from Line Managers, Employees, and the HR community, providing information on social laws, collective labor agreements, and working conditions.
- Continuous Improvement: Contribute to reviewing processes, templates, and procedures to build the HR Shared Services and drive continuous improvement.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. You will also need to have a strong attention to detail and be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive employee data.
