YOUR ROLE IN THE TEAM

As a Finance and Accounting Specialist, your responsibilities will include general bookkeeping tasks such as updating entries in our accounting software, regularly reconciling accounts, recording all cash transactions, and distributing customer invoices to ensure timely collection of receivables and payment of payables. You will be an integral part of the finance team, with a primary focus on maintaining an organized and efficient accounting system. Additionally, you will provide support to management during audits and peak periods.

YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Accounts Receivable and Reimbursements:

  • Provide effective support to operations by managing inquiries through our help desk system.
  • Conduct timely and accurate account reconciliations.
  • Download financial data reports on a daily basis.

Accounting Duties:

  • Maintain and update bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets as necessary.
  • Analyze financial data to ensure compliance with regulations.
  • Continuously assess current policies and recommend improvements.
  • Investigate and resolve any discrepancies or inquiries.
  • Assist in overall financial management and analysis.
  • Organize and protect all financial documentation.
  • Perform daily reconciliations of transitional accounts.
  • Execute various financial processes, including month-end closings and general ledger entries.
