Job Description:
Responsibilities:- Develop a deep understanding of user needs and behaviors, using research insights and available data to inform design decisions.
- Lead the creation of wireframes and prototypes, collaborating with other designers and stakeholders to understand user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate with product and engineering to ensure that UX strategy is integrated into all aspects of product development.
- Develop wireframes, interactive prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate concepts and interactions.
- Understand and articulate clearly how our products can evolve from a user-centered, system and business perspective.
- Fluent English. You can speak, write and communicate with confidence.
- You have a solid portfolio to showcase your process and expertise.
- You have proven experience in UX projects for digital products.
- You are up-to-date with industry standards and tools (We use Miro and Figma).
- You are open to receiving and providing constructive feedback.
- You are proactive and have an experimental mindset.
- Solid knowledge of Interaction Design, Accessibility, Visual Design, and Design Systems.
- Exceptional communication skills, being able to articulate design decisions and communicate with your stakeholders and managers.
- Skilled in ideation, sketching, user flow mapping, information architecture.
- Well-structured documentation and strong reasoning skills.
- Solid understanding of UX principles in multiple devices and platforms.
- Able to work with vague requirements and help bring clarity to a group of multidisciplinary stakeholders.
- Quick adaptation skills and iterative approach to design.
- Solid time management and async communication skills in a remote work setting.
