Job Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of maintenance technicians to ensure efficient and effective maintenance operations.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, inventory, and equipment performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize maintenance needs and develop solutions to address them.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant safety regulations and standards, and maintain a safe working environment.
  • Develop and manage budgets for maintenance operations, including labor, materials, and equipment.
  • Identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements, and implement changes as needed.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as engineering, maintenance management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience in maintenance management, with a strong background in supervising a team of technicians.
  • Advanced English skills, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex maintenance issues.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Project management experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Experience with maintenance management software and systems.
  • Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards.
