Job Title: Continuous Improvement Manager

Eaton's AER FED Fluid Electrical Distribution division is seeking a skilled Continuous Improvement Manager to lead the implementation of Lean and Six Sigma methodologies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and deploy the Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) strategy and actions across the organization.
  • Provide Lean and Six Sigma training and mentoring to site leadership and employees.
  • Conduct Eaton Lean System (ELS) assessments and identify performance gaps.
  • Lead the execution and deployment of robust manufacturing processes and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Collaborate with the leadership team to prioritize improvement activities and drive business results.
  • Utilize Lean and Six Sigma tools to eliminate waste and drive customer satisfaction, cost reduction, and improved working capital performance.
  • Manage plant cost-out activities and drive complete employee engagement.
  • Member of the plant leadership team in the advancement of the organization in the Eaton Business Excellence Assessment Process.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • 5 years of experience with Lean and Six Sigma in a manufacturing environment.
  • A minimum of 5 years' experience as a Lean Manufacturing, Continuous Improvement leader, Operations Manager.
  • Bilingual English/ Spanish.
  • Demonstrated experience in Lean and Six Sigma manufacturing methodology, techniques, and roadmaps.
  • Excellent communication skills, proven capability to lead change in a team environment.
  • Demonstrated analytical skills, both qualitative and quantitative.
