Job Summary

The HR Supervisor at Cementation Mining Mexico is responsible for overseeing the overall human resources strategy, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the HR support team, providing guidance on employee relations and performance management.
  • Conduct thorough investigations into complex employee issues, maintaining knowledge of relevant laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate payroll records, processing updates and resolving discrepancies in a timely manner.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required.
  • 7+ years of HR experience, including 5+ years in a supervisory role.
  • 3+ years of experience in payroll processing.
  • Strong understanding of Mexico labor laws and experience in union relations.
