We are seeking an experienced professional to join our team as a Client Services Support specialist. The purpose of this role is to handle email inquiries related to accounts, balances, investigations, and general trace inquiries, serving as the first point of contact for US customers.

The key responsibilities of this position include:

  • Reviewing queries from corporate clients via live emails/chat/calls and providing resolutions in collaboration with various departments and stakeholders.
  • Developing product and customer journey knowledge to support end-to-end resolution of customer inquiries.
  • Supporting customers through challenging situations, such as complaints, utilizing negotiation skills while following guidelines to satisfy the customer.
  • Thinking laterally to resolve issues, ensuring service TATs are met, and fostering better customer relationships.

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in business or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Knowledge of local regulatory requirements related to Anti-Money Laundering and/or Sanctions Compliance (preferable).
  • Excellent Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel experience.

In addition, desirable skills and abilities include:

  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and technical skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver creative and flexible customer solutions.
  • Excellent time management, planning, and organization skills; ability to manage and resolve/complete multiple competing priorities, projects, and inquiries.
  • Excellent range of communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact and build relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
  • Good level of business acumen and commercial awareness, including economic, cultural, procedural, and regulatory issues.
  • Knowledge of industry standards related to Cash Management products and services (preferred).

This is a full-time position offering a competitive salary: $15,090 MXN - $18,234 MXN per month, located in Mexico City, Azcapotzalco, within the services sector. We offer a permanent contract type, and due to the urgent hiring need, candidates with immediate right to work locally and no relocation requirement will be prioritized.
