Role Responsibilities- Build and lead the QA team, including hiring, mentoring, and training QA engineers.
- Define and implement comprehensive QA processes and strategies for both manual and automated testing.
- Develop, manage, and maintain test plans, test cases, and test suites to ensure complete coverage of all features and functionality.
- Oversee manual and automated testing activities, ensuring timely and thorough execution of test plans.
- Collaborate closely with development, product, and engineering teams to understand requirements and plan testing efforts.
- 7+ years of experience in software quality assurance, with a minimum of 2 years in a lead or management role.
- Strong expertise in both manual and automation testing practices.
- Proven experience organizing and managing test plans, test cases, and test suites.
- Proficiency with test management tools (experience with Azure Test Plans is a plus).
- Solid understanding of modern automation frameworks and tools.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

The salary range for this position is $4,000 - $6,000 USD per month, depending on experience and location.
