- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial Engineering or related.

- 2 to 3 years of experience in similar positions.
- Supervising quality technicians.
- Knowledge of Minitab / AutoCAD / Solidworks.
- Interpretation of mechanical / electrical technical drawings.
- Experience in GD&T.
- Knowledge of ISO 9000.
- Teamwork skills.
- Working under pressure.
- Intermediate English.
