About the RoleWe are seeking a skilled Growth Operations Analyst to join our Eater Growth team in the Spanish Speaking Region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for acquiring new users and converting them into loyal customers across our operating countries.
Your primary objective will be to effectively manage our promotion activity, conduct in-depth user analysis, and deploy country strategies to drive growth. You will oversee the Latam operation by executing growth strategies across the country in the cities we operate.
Key Responsibilities- Design and implement effective operational tactics aligned with each country's strategic objectives.
- Conduct data-driven analysis to identify opportunities for improving operational performance.
- Maintain and update essential tools, including dashboards, to support the team's smooth operations.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to drive growth and improve operational efficiency.
- Contribute to strategic projects focused on identifying new growth levers and improving user engagement.
- 1-2 years of proven success in fast-paced environments, with a focus on operations.
- Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., business, management, engineering, economics, or related).
- Experience in tech, consulting, marketing, or operations management.
- Adaptability, empathy, teamwork, and a proactive approach to driving results.
- Expertise in utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, G-Suite, and data analysis tools, including Pivot Tables.
- Proficiency in SQL is a strong plus.
